Customer Care Executive

Roles & Responsibilities:

● Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key customers to ensure retention and satisfaction.

● Efficiently manage customer interactions and queries while working collaboratively within the team.

● Resolve customer concerns effectively and in a timely manner, ensuring personalized service.

● Demonstrate leadership, teamwork, and a proactive approach to handling customer queries.

● Maintain a positive and service-oriented mindset to meet and exceed customer expectations.

● Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure customer issues are resolved and understand evolving needs.

● Share valuable customer feedback with the team and management to enhance service quality.

● Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.

● Customer-focused attitude with a drive to meet service excellence standards.

● Strong interpersonal and leadership abilities to manage customer relationships.

● Effective team player with collaborative working skills.

● Problem-solving aptitude and ability to handle customer escalations confidently.

🔹 Eligibility Criteria:

● Education: 12th pass minimum (Freshers & Experienced both can apply).

● Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or similar domain preferred.

● Language: Proficiency in English and Hindi is mandatory.

● Commitment: Passion for solving customer issues and delivering excellent service.

💰 Compensation Details:

● Take Home Salary: ₹16,500/- (Includes stipend + incentives)

● Incentive Slab (Based on Tenure):

○ ₹250 for 90–180 days

○ ₹500 for 180–270 days

○ ₹750 for 270–365 days

○ ₹1,000 for more than 365 days

○ ₹1,200 for extended retention beyond 1 year
