Job Overview
We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Executive to join our Voice Process team. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in customer service or a voice-based process and possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Key ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound and/or outbound customer calls professionally.
- Resolve customer queries, complaints, and requests in a timely manner.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication.
- Record customer interactions and update CRM systems accurately.
- Meet individual and team performance metrics, including quality and productivity targets.
- Escalate complex customer issues to the appropriate team when required.
- Follow company processes and compliance guidelines.
- Required QualificationsMinimum 1 year of experience in a Voice Process or Customer Service role (Mandatory).
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English (additional languages are an advantage).
- Strong listening, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts, if required.
- Customer-centric attitude with the ability to handle challenging situations professionally.
