Role Overview:

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative who will be the first point of contact for our customers. Your role will be to handle queries, resolve issues, and ensure a smooth rental experience from order to return.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer queries via calls, WhatsApp, and emails
• Assist customers with product selection and rental plans
• Resolve complaints related to delivery, quality, payments, or returns
• Coordinate with operations and logistics teams for issue resolution
• Maintain customer records and update CRM systems
• Follow up on pending payments and service requests
• Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention

Requirements:

• Freshers can apply (training will be provided)
• Good communication skills (Hindi + basic English)
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, WhatsApp, CRM tools)
• Problem-solving attitude and patience
• Ability to handle multiple customers at once
• Positive, customer-first mindset

Preferred (Not Mandatory):

• Prior experience in customer support / telecalling
• Experience in startups, e-commerce, or service industry
