* Salary (In-hand): ₹15,500

* Working Days: 5 Days Working

* Week Off: 2 Days (Rotational)

* Shift: Rotational Shift

* Training Duration: 50 Days

Training Schedule:

* Rotational shifts during training

* 1 rotational week off

Role & Responsibilities:

* Handle inbound customer queries 

* related to Airtel Black services

* Provide resolution for billing, plan, and service-related concerns

* Ensure high customer satisfaction and service quality

* Maintain proper call handling and documentation

2. Airtel Broadband (Voice Process)

* Salary (In-hand): ₹11,300

* Working Days: 6 Days Working

* Week Off: 1 Day (Rotational)

* Shift: Rotational Shift

* Training Duration: 30 Days

Role & Responsibilities:

* Assist customers with broadband-related issues

* Troubleshoot connectivity and technical concerns

* Provide accurate information about plans and services

* Maintain quality and productivity standards

3. Airtel Retention (Voice Process)

* Salary (In-hand): ₹11,300

* Languages Required:

* Hindi + Gujarati OR

* Hindi + Bengali

* Working Days: 6 Days Working

* Week Off: 1 Day (Rotational)

* Shift: Rotational Shift

* Training Duration: 30 Days

Role & Responsibilities:

* Handle customer retention calls and reduce churn

* Convince customers to continue Airtel services

* Offer suitable plans and retention benefits

* Achieve retention targets and KPIs

4. IPRU (Chat Process)

* Salary (In-hand): ₹13,000

* Working Days: Monday to Saturday

* Week Off: Sunday Fixed Off

* Shift Timing: Fixed (10:00 AM – 7:00 PM)
