Job Description
We are hiring Customer Support Executives for Flipkart Advertisement Manager role. The candidate will support Flipkart sellers by handling their advertisement queries, managing ad campaigns, and helping them improve product visibility and sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle seller queries related to Flipkart Ads
- Assist in ad campaign setup and optimization
- Monitor campaign performance and provide insights
- Help sellers increase product visibility and sales
- Resolve issues related to ads, billing, and account
- Maintain proper records and reports
Eligibility Criteria:
- Graduate in any stream
- 6 months – 2 years experience in Customer Support / E-commerce / Sales
- Freshers with good communication skills can apply
- Basic knowledge of Digital Marketing is a plus
- Good communication skills (Hindi + Basic English)
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel
