Job Description
Managing front counter sales and daily customer interactions.
Greeting customers warmly and handling inquiries professionally.
Ensuring excellent customer service and relationship management.
Coordinating garment bookings, deliveries and billing processes.
Handling customer complaints and resolving issues politely and efficiently.
Maintaining proper records and system entries accurately.
Ensuring smooth day-to-day outlet operations.
Maintaining cleanliness, presentation and overall upkeep of the outlet.
Required Skills & Qualities:
Pleasant personality with good grooming and professional appearance.
Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English
Smart, confident and customer-oriented approach.
Basic computer and system knowledge.
Ability to handle sales targets and customer relationships.
Positive attitude with good teamwork and coordination skills.
