Summary:
As a Data Modeler, a typical day involves collaborating closely with key business representatives, data owners, end users, application designers, and data architects to develop and refine data models that accurately represent both current and future data requirements. This role requires continuous engagement with various stakeholders to ensure that data structures align with business needs and support application development. The position demands a proactive approach to understanding evolving data landscapes and translating complex business concepts into clear, effective data models that facilitate seamless data integration and accessibility across the organization.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to ensure data models are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with organizational standards.
- Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure clarity and consensus on data requirements.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Data Modeling Techniques and Methodologies.
- Strong knowledge of relational and non-relational database design principles.
- Experience with data warehousing concepts and dimensional modeling.
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into logical and physical data models.
- Familiarity with data governance and metadata management practices.
- Skilled in using data modeling tools and software to create and maintain data architecture artifacts.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Data Modeling Techniques and Methodologies.
- This position is based at our Indore office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
