Delivery Associate

Job Summary:The Delivery Associate is responsible for picking up and delivering customer orders safely, accurately, and on time. The role requires excellent customer service, attention to detail, and adherence to company standards while representing the brand professionally during every delivery interaction.

• Key Responsibilities:Collect and deliver customer orders (laundry, parcels, etc.) as per assigned routes and schedules.
• Ensure all items are handled with care and delivered in perfect condition.
• Communicate effectively with customers regarding delivery timings, delays, or other issues.
• Verify customer information and order details before handover.
• Maintain delivery logs and records accurately.
• Handle cash or digital payments safely (if applicable).
• Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth order flow and resolve issues promptly.
• Follow all safety and traffic rules while driving company or personal vehicles.
• Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of the delivery vehicle and uniform.
• Qualifications & Skills:Minimum education: 10th / 12th pass (or equivalent).
• Valid driving license (for two-wheeler / four-wheeler as applicable).
• Familiar with local routes and navigation apps (Google Maps, etc.).
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Punctual, responsible, and reliable.
• Basic understanding of mobile applications used for delivery tracking.
• Working Conditions:Flexible shifts (morning/evening as per route).
• Field-based role requiring outdoor work and local travel.
• May include weekends or holidays based on operational needs.
• Preferred Experience:Prior experience in delivery, logistics, or field operations (preferred but not mandatory).
