E-commerce Dispatch Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented E-commerce Dispatch Executive to manage daily order dispatch operations across multiple online marketplaces. The candidate will ensure timely order processing, accurate packing, shipment coordination, and inventory synchronization while maintaining high dispatch accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

• Process and dispatch daily orders from Amazon, Flipkart, and other e-commerce platforms.
• Print invoices, shipping labels, and packing slips.
• Verify products before packing to ensure correct SKU, quantity, and quality.
• Coordinate with courier partners for timely pickups and shipment handovers.
• Monitor pending, canceled, RTO, and delayed shipments.
• Update dispatch status in MS Excel or inventory management software.
• Maintain accurate dispatch records and documentation.
• Coordinate with warehouse, inventory, and customer support teams.
• Ensure proper packaging standards to minimize transit damage.
• Track courier performance and resolve shipment-related issues.
• Follow company SOPs for dispatch and inventory control.
• Maintain a clean and organized dispatch area.

Required Skills

• Experience with Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, other marketplace panels.
• Knowledge of shipping labels, AWB generation, and courier coordination.
• Basic understanding of inventory management.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work under pressure during high order volumes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or any graduate.
• 1–2 years of experience in e-commerce dispatch or warehouse operations.

Working Hours

• Full-Time
• Monday to Saturday
• Office Timing: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Salary

• ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month (depending on experience and skills).
