Dispatch Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a hardworking and responsible Warehouse Dispatch Executive / Logistics Associate to manage warehouse dispatch operations, stock movement, and coordination with D1 (Shop) for smooth order processing and timely dispatch.

• Key Responsibilities: Handle daily warehouse dispatch operations
• Coordinate with D1 (Shop) team for order requirements and stock transfer
• Ensure timely and accurate dispatch of goods
• Verify packing, quantity, and product checking before dispatch
• Manage loading and unloading activities
• Coordinate with transport and courier partners
• Maintain dispatch records, LR copies, transport slips, and e-way bills
• Arrange stock and cartons properly in the warehouse
• Coordinate with billing, sales, and warehouse teams
• Maintain warehouse discipline and cleanliness
• Required SkillsBasic knowledge of warehouse and dispatch operations
• Good coordination and communication skills
• Basic Excel and documentation knowledge
• Ability to handle stock movement efficiently
• Active and physically fit for warehouse work
• Preferred Candidate Profile: Experience in warehouse/dispatch/logistics preferred
• Garment or wholesale industry experience preferred
• 1–3 years of experience preferred
• Male candidates preferred
