Job Description
JOB SUMMARY
We are looking for a detail-oriented and result-driven E-commerce Executive with 3–4 years of experience to manage and grow our online sales channels. The candidate will be responsible for handling marketplaces, website operations, and optimizing overall e-commerce performance.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day operations of e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Meesho)Product listing, optimization, and catalog management
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with logistics/warehouse teams
Plan and execute online promotions, deals, and campaigns
Analyze sales performance and generate reports (daily/weekly/monthly)
Handle order processing, returns, and customer queries
Work on SEO, keywords, and content optimization for product pages
Coordinate with marketing team for ads, creatives, and campaignsEnsure smooth functioning of the company website and user experience
Required Skills & Qualifications
3–4 years of hands-on experience in e-commerce management
Strong knowledge of marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, etc.Experience with Shopify or other website platforms
Experience with Quick Commerce platforms like Blinkit, Zepto etc is preferred
