Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and student-focused Educational Counselor to guide students in choosing suitable courses, career paths, and educational programs. The candidate will be responsible for counseling students, handling inquiries, and supporting the admission process.
- Key ResponsibilitiesCounsel students regarding courses, admissions, and career opportunities.
- Understand student needs and recommend suitable programs.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls related to admissions.
- Follow up with prospective students and parents.
- Provide accurate information about courses, fees, and schedules.
- Assist students throughout the admission process.
- Maintain student records and inquiry databases.
- Achieve admission and counseling targets.
- Coordinate with academic and administrative teams.
