Admission Counselor – Job Description
Position: Admission Counselor
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with students and parents.
- Provide information about courses, fees, eligibility, and admission procedures.
- Counsel students and help them choose the right course/program.
- Follow up with prospective students regarding admissions.
- Maintain student records and update CRM/database regularly.
- Assist students with application, documentation, and enrollment processes.
- Coordinate with the academic and admissions team.
- Achieve admission and enrollment targets.
Requirements:
- Good communication and counseling skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, CRM).
- Ability to convince and guide students professionally.
- Graduation preferred (Freshers can also apply).
- Hindi and English communication skills.
Salary: As per company norms + Incentives
