Job Description
- Role Goal: Manage a portfolio of 100–120 collection cases (specifically cases > EMI 3) through effective field recovery.Key Responsibilities: Conduct daily field visits, negotiate with customers using empathy, and ensure timely cash deposits at the branch.Performance Targets: Aim for 97%+ collection efficiency and complete at least 70 field visits per month.Eligibility:Age: Up to 25 (Fresher) or 28 (Experienced).Education: Minimum 12th pass; Graduation preferred.Experience: Preference for backgrounds in Auto Finance or relevant NBFCs.Mandatory Requirement: A clear CIBIL check and valid Police Verification (PVC) are non-negotiable.Structure: Starts as a 3-month internship with a stipend before converting to a full-time role.
