Job Title: Site Supervisor

Job Role
Site Supervisor का मुख्य कार्य साइट पर चल रहे सभी कार्यों की निगरानी करना, गुणवत्ता बनाए रखना, समय पर काम पूरा करवाना और टीम एवं क्लाइंट के साथ समन्वय करना है।
मुख्य जिम्मेदारियाँ (Key Responsibilities)
* साइट पर दैनिक कार्यों की निगरानी करना।
* Carpenter, Electrician, Plumber, Painter एवं अन्य मजदूरों की टीम को मैनेज करना।
* ड्रॉइंग और डिज़ाइन के अनुसार कार्य करवाना।
* कार्य की गुणवत्ता (Quality) और फिनिशिंग सुनिश्चित करना।
* Material की आवश्यकता बताना तथा Material की बर्बादी रोकना।
* दैनिक प्रोग्रेस रिपोर्ट ऑफिस में साझा करना।
* क्लाइंट, डिज़ाइनर और वेंडर्स के साथ समन्वय बनाए रखना।
* साइट पर Safety Rules का पालन करवाना।
* तय समय (Timeline) के अनुसार प्रोजेक्ट पूरा करवाना।
* किसी भी समस्या का तुरंत समाधान कर मैनेजमेंट को सूचित करना।
योग्यता (Qualification)
* 2–5 वर्ष का Interior/Construction Site Supervision का अनुभव।
* Interior Drawings पढ़ने और समझने की क्षमता।
* Carpenter, Modular Kitchen एवं Furniture Work की अच्छी जानकारी।
* Leadership और Team Management Skills।
* दोपहिया वाहन एवं वैध Driving Licence होना वांछनीय।
