Job Description
Job Title: Franchise Sales Manager
Location: Indore
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month + Incentives
Experience Required: Minimum 1 year

Job Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Franchise Sales Manager to drive franchise expansion for Chai Biskut Cafe. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, communicating with potential franchise partners, and closing franchise sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and connect with potential franchise partners
- Explain business model, investment details, and ROI to prospects
- Generate leads through calls, social media, and references
- Handle end-to-end franchise sales process
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Achieve monthly franchise sales targets
- Coordinate with internal teams for onboarding new partners
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales (franchise sales preferred)
- Strong communication and convincing skills
- Knowledge of franchise business models is a plus
- South Indian language speaking candidates will be given priority
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
