Job Description

We are looking for a smart, professional, and customer-friendly Hotel Receptionist to join our team at Vaikuntha Stays. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to manage front desk operations efficiently.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and assist guests during check-in and check-out
  • Handle room bookings and reservations
  • Attend guest calls, inquiries, and complaints professionally
  • Maintain guest records and billing details
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments
  • Ensure smooth front office operations
  • Handle cash/card payments and basic billing work


Requirements:

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Well-groomed and professional personality
  • Ability to work in shifts
  • Prior experience in hotel reception/front office will be preferred
