• Roles & ResponsibilitiesHandle end-to-end recruitment and onboarding process
• Post job openings on portals and social media platforms
• Screen resumes and schedule interviews
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation
• Coordinate with departments for hiring requirements
• Manage attendance, leave records, and employee data
• Support employee engagement activities and office culture
• Assist in performance management and training coordination
• Ensure smooth HR operations and compliance
• RequirementsBachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes
• Familiarity with MS Excel, Word, and HR portals
• Positive attitude and team coordination skills
• Experience in financial services or stock broking is a plus
