· Full Life-Cycle Recruitment
· Identifying the right tools Networking, Headhunting, Database, Job Portals as well as the target companies for sourcing of candidates as per client’s guidelines.
· Searching and Scrutinizing the Resumes.
· Identifying prospective candidates and conducting preliminary interviews with candidates to assess their inter-personal & technical skills before presenting the same to the Clients.
· Scheduling & coordinating interviews, negotiating compensation, closing the mandate and finally presenting offers and performing reference checks on all qualified recruits.
· Follow-up with the selected candidates till their joining. Keeping a tab on both clients’s as well as candidate’s satisfaction level even after delivery of the candidate.
