Job Description
HR Executive – Recruitment & HR Operations
Company: Keddy Tech Solutions
Location: Indore (On-site)
Experience: 6 Months – 2 Years
- Job ResponsibilitiesHandle end-to-end recruitment process
- Work on internal hiring and IT staff augmentation requirements
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
- Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, and onboarding
- Manage employee attendance and payroll support
- Maintain HR records, policies, and employee documents
- Handle day-to-day HR operations and employee coordination
- Basic experience in recruitment or HR operations
Required Skills
- Knowledge of IT staffing/staff augmentation preferred
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, Naukri, and hiring portals
- Basic knowledge of payroll and attendance management
