IELTS & PTE Trainer

Renascence Global is seeking an experienced, passionate, and result-oriented IELTS & PTE Trainer to join our team in Indore. In this role, you will be responsible for guiding, mentoring, and training students and professionals to achieve their desired scores for study abroad and migration purposes.

The ideal candidate should have an exceptional command of the English language, a deep understanding of the IELTS and PTE exam formats, and a proven track record of helping students succeed.

• Key ResponsibilitiesTraining & Delivery: Conduct comprehensive training sessions covering all modules of IELTS (Academic & General) and PTE (Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking).
• Curriculum Customization: Design, update, and implement effective lesson plans and preparation strategies tailored to different student learning paces.
• Evaluation & Feedback: Regularly conduct mock tests, evaluate performance accurately based on official band descriptors/scoring guidelines, and provide constructive, one-on-one feedback.
• Student Mentorship: Identify students' weak areas and provide targeted guidance, tips, and time-management strategies to help them overcome challenges.
• Resource Management: Maintain and update study materials, practice tests, and digital learning resources.
• Batch Management: Manage batches efficiently, track student attendance, progress, and maintain high engagement levels in the classroom.
• Required Skills & QualificationsEducation: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in English, Linguistics, Education, or a related field.
• Certifications: Official certification from the British Council, IDP, or Pearson is highly desirable. A high self-score on IELTS (Band 8 or above) or PTE (79+ overall) is a massive plus.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of proven experience teaching IELTS and PTE modules.
• Language Proficiency: Near-native English communication skills (both verbal and written) with flawless grammar and pronunciation.
• Technical Savvy: Comfort using smart classroom tools, projectors, and PTE software/mock test portals.
