Project Role : Infra Tech Support Practitioner
Project Role Description : Provide ongoing technical support and maintenance of production and development systems and software products (both remote and onsite) and for configured services running on various platforms (operating within a defined operating model and processes). Provide hardware/software support and implement technology at the operating system-level across all server and network areas, and for particular software solutions/vendors/brands. Work includes L1 and L2/ basic and intermediate level troubleshooting.

Summary:
As an Application Tech Support Practitioner, you will act as the ongoing interface between the client and the system or application. You will be dedicated to quality, using exceptional communication skills to keep our world-class systems running. With your deep product knowledge, you will accurately define client issues and design resolutions. Your typical day will involve providing ongoing support to clients, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring smooth system operations.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their technical issues and provide timely resolutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems related to the system or application.
- Ensure smooth operations of the system or application by monitoring performance and addressing any issues.
- Maintain a deep understanding of the product and its functionalities to accurately address client issues.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Network Infrastructures.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Network Strategy & Optimization.
- Strong understanding of network infrastructures and their components.
- Experience in designing and implementing network solutions.
- Knowledge of network protocols and technologies.
- Familiarity with network security principles and best practices.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Network Infrastructures.
- A Graduation degree is required.

The working hours for this role is US business hours i.e. 8am Central Time to 5pm Central Time with no exception.
