Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries via voice calls in a professional manner.
- Provide support related to home security products and services.
- Troubleshoot customer concerns and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Deliver exceptional customer experience while meeting quality standards.
- Eligibility Criteria Graduates and Undergraduates can apply.
- Candidates with Domestic or International BPO experience are preferred.
- Excellent English communication skills are mandatory.
- Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities.
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts.
