Job Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and responsible Store Manager to lead our JINA Jewellery retail store. The ideal candidate will manage daily store operations, drive sales performance, maintain store standards, and deliver an excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage overall store operations smoothly
- Achieve monthly sales targets
- Lead, train, and motivate store staff
- Ensure excellent customer service
- Maintain store display, hygiene, and brand standards
- Monitor inventory and stock management
- Handle billing, cash, and daily reports
- Maintain staff discipline and professionalism
Requirements:
- 1–3 years experience in retail (Jewellery/Fashion preferred)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Sales-driven mindset
- Presentable personality
- Basic knowledge of billing & inventory
