Job Description

 Position: Junior Architect

��️ Industry: Residential Building Construction

�� Qualification:

· Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch)

�� Experience:

· Minimum 4 years of experience in residential building work

�� Salary:

· Starting from ₹30,000 per month (No bar for deserving candidates)

�� Job Responsibilities:

· Prepare architectural drawings, layouts, and plans

· Coordinate with site and execution teams

· Ensure designs comply with local regulations and standards

· Assist in project planning and timely execution

· Work closely with senior architects and consultants

✅ Requirements:

· Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other design tools

· Good understanding of residential construction processes

· Strong communication and coordination skills
