Position Summary

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Architect to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will assist in the design, development, coordination, and execution of residential projects while working closely with senior architects, engineers, consultants, vendors, and site teams.

This role offers an opportunity to gain hands-on experience across the complete project lifecycle including concept design, approvals, construction documentation, visualization, site coordination, and project execution.

Key Responsibilities

Architectural Design & Documentation

• Assist in preparing concept designs, layouts, and design presentations.
• Develop architectural drawings including floor plans, elevations, sections, and detailed drawings.
• Prepare construction documentation and Good for Construction (GFC) drawings.
• Coordinate revisions and maintain drawing records throughout project execution.

Visualization & Presentation

• Develop 3D models and architectural visualizations.
• Prepare client presentations, mood boards, and material palettes.
• Support the preparation of walkthroughs and rendering presentations.

Coordination

• Coordinate with structural, MEP, and other consultants.
• Assist in resolving design and construction-related issues.
• Participate in design review and coordination meetings.

Site Support

• Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and verify design implementation.
• Prepare site observation reports and document deviations.
• Coordinate with project managers and site engineers to ensure design intent is maintained.

Material & Vendor Coordination

• Assist in material selection and specification preparation.
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for samples and technical information.
• Support procurement teams with technical evaluations where required.

Project Management Support

• Maintain project documentation and drawing registers.
• Track RFIs, revisions, approvals, and pending decisions.
• Assist with project scheduling and milestone tracking.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (B.Arch).
• 0–3 years of professional experience in architecture or residential design projects.
• Fresh graduates with strong portfolios are encouraged to apply.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Working knowledge of SketchUp, Revit, or BIM software.
• Experience with rendering software such as Lumion, Enscape, V-Ray, or Twinmotion.
• Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and presentation tools.
• Understanding of construction drawings and detailing.
• Basic understanding of building codes and municipal approval processes.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working on residential or villa projects.
• Familiarity with BIM workflows and cloud collaboration platforms.
• Knowledge of sustainable design principles and green building practices.
• Understanding of construction methods and materials used in Indian residential projects.
