Role Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Marketing Executive to support day-to-day marketing activities. This role is ideal for someone starting their career and looking to gain hands-on exposure in building a premium consumer brand.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily liaison work with vendors to ensure smooth project execution.
• Handle quotation requests, negotiations, follow-ups, and basic cost comparisons
• Process and submit payment vouchers to the Accounts team to ensure timely vendor payments
• Maintain proper documentation of invoices, POs, and payment records
• Maintain marketing calendars, trackers, and reports
• Assist in market research and competitor tracking
• Assist in the execution of marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels

Key Skills & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
• 1–2 years of experience (freshers can apply)
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Strong ability to manage liaisoning and follow-ups effectively
• Basic understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube)
• Basic knowledge of Excel for tracking quotations and payments
• Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
