Job Description
Apollo Pharmacy Limited is seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Marketing Executive to support brand visibility, customer acquisition, and business growth through effective local marketing initiatives. The role will primarily focus on planning and executing marketing activities for new store launches, driving footfall, and enhancing customer engagement across assigned regions.
- Key Responsibilities New Store Opening Marketing Plan and execute marketing activities for new Apollo Pharmacy store launches.
- Organize inauguration events, promotional activities, and local outreach programs.
- Execute leaflet distribution, banner placements, society activations, and roadshows around new store locations.
- Ensure branding visibility through outdoor advertising and point-of-sale materials.
- Local Area Marketing (LAM)Identify and implement local marketing opportunities to increase store awareness and customer footfall.
- Build relationships with residential societies, corporate offices, hospitals, clinics, gyms, and healthcare professionals.
- Conduct health camps, wellness awareness programs, and community engagement activities.
- Support customer acquisition campaigns and membership enrollment drives.
- Campaign Execution Coordinate execution of national and regional marketing campaigns at the store level.
- Ensure timely deployment of promotional materials, branding assets, and communication collaterals.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide feedback for improvements.
- Digital & Customer Engagement Support local digital marketing initiatives, including social media promotions and geo-targeted campaigns.
- Assist in customer engagement programs, loyalty campaigns, and festive promotions.
- Gather customer feedback and market insights to improve marketing effectiveness.
- Vendor & Budget Management Coordinate with agencies, printers, event vendors, and promotional partners.
- Ensure marketing activities are executed within approved budgets.
- Maintain records of marketing expenses and campaign reports.
- Market Intelligence Monitor competitor activities, promotions, and market trends.
- Conduct market surveys to identify growth opportunities and customer preferences.
- Share actionable insights with the management team.
- Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)Successful execution of new store opening campaigns.
- Increase in store footfall and customer acquisition.
- Membership and loyalty program enrollments.
- Lead generation through local marketing activities.
- Brand visibility and community engagement metrics.
- Marketing campaign ROI and budget adherence.
- Qualifications & Experience Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–4 years of experience in retail, healthcare, pharmacy, FMCG, or consumer marketing.
- Experience in local area marketing and event execution will be preferred.
- Strong communication, coordination, and relationship management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic digital marketing tools.
