Job Description
Position: Marketplace Account Manager
Firm name: Urban Essentials
Location: Indore
Working hours: Monday-Saturday (10 am – 7 pm)
Type: Full-time
We’re looking for a results-driven Marketplace Account Manager to scale our presence across Amazon, Flipkart, and quick commerce platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage Amazon & Flipkart seller accounts.
- Create and optimize product listings and catalogs.
- Handle order processing, dispatches, returns, and inventory management.
- Coordinate with warehouses and logistics partners for smooth deliveries.
- Monitor sales performance and support promotional campaigns.
- Prepare reports and resolve marketplace operational issues.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in Amazon and Flipkart account management.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce operations, inventory, and order fulfillment.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel.
- Self-driven with strong ownership and problem-solving skills.
