Medical Representative

Key Responsibilities:

Relationship Management:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for visiting doctors and consultants.
• Build strong, trust-based relationships with key external physicians in the nearby villages.
• Regularly engage with doctors and physicians to understand their needs and expectations.

Referral & Admission Promotion:

• Strategically encourage doctors to prefer our hospital for patient admissions and procedures.
• Highlight hospital services, clinical expertise, technology, and patient care advantages.
• Develop and implement doctor engagement programs, events, or CME activities.

Coordination & Support:

• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth scheduling, patient admissions, and treatment processes for doctors and their patients.
• Facilitate onboarding of new visiting doctors and provide them with hospital protocols and support.

Market Intelligence:

• Monitor referral patterns and gather feedback on why doctors may choose competing hospitals.
• Identify gaps or opportunities to improve hospital services and increase loyalty.

Reporting & Documentation:

• Maintain updated records of doctor interactions, referral trends, and admission data.
• Provide regular reports to management on performance metrics and doctor engagement levels.
