MIS Executive - B.Tech - Mechanical/Civil

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical MIS Executive to manage data reporting, prepare MIS reports, and support management with accurate business insights. The candidate must have strong knowledge of Excel, data analysis, and reporting tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare Daily, Weekly, and Monthly MIS reports.
• Maintain and update project/operational data accurately.
• Create dashboards, charts, and summaries for management review.
• Generate reports using Excel formulas, Pivot Tables, and VLOOKUP.
• Coordinate with different departments for data collection and reporting.
• Analyze business data and identify trends or discrepancies.
• Ensure data accuracy and timely submission of reports.
• Maintain records and documentation related to MIS activities.
• Support management in decision-making through data analysis.

Required Skills

• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel.
• Good understanding of:
• VLOOKUP / HLOOKUP
• Pivot Table
• Data Validation
• Dashboard Preparation
• MIS Reporting
• Knowledge of Google Sheets and reporting tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and coordination abilities.
• Ability to handle large amounts of data efficiently.

Eligibility Criteria

• B.Tech Graduate (Mechanical/Civil).
• Good knowledge of reporting and data management.
• Freshers with strong Excel knowledge can also apply.
