ऑपरेशन एग्जीक्यूटिव – सेल्स (Operation Executive – Sales) जॉब डिस्क्रिप्शन

पद का नाम :- ऑपरेशन एग्जीक्यूटिव – सेल्स

जॉब सारांश :- हम एक मेहनती और जिम्मेदार ऑपरेशन एग्जीक्यूटिव – सेल्स की तलाश कर रहे हैं, जो सेल्स टीम को सपोर्ट करने, ग्राहकों से समन्वय बनाए रखने और दैनिक संचालन कार्यों को सुचारू रूप से संभाल सके। उम्मीदवार में अच्छी कम्युनिकेशन स्किल और कंप्यूटर का बेसिक ज्ञान होना चाहिए।



मुख्य जिम्मेदारियां:

सेल्स टीम को दैनिक कार्यों में सहयोग देना



ग्राहकों से कॉल, ईमेल एवं फॉलो-अप करना



कोटेशन, इनवॉइस एवं सेल्स रिपोर्ट तैयार करना



ऑर्डर एवं पेमेंट की जानकारी बनाए रखना



ग्राहक डेटा और रिकॉर्ड को अपडेट करना



ग्राहकों की समस्याओं का समाधान करना



समय पर ऑर्डर डिलीवरी सुनिश्चित करना



मासिक सेल्स टारगेट पूरा करने में सहायता करना



MIS एवं सेल्स रिपोर्ट तैयार करना



आवश्यक योग्यताएं:



अच्छी कम्युनिकेशन एवं इंटरपर्सनल स्किल



MS Excel, Word एवं Email का बेसिक ज्ञान



टीम में काम करने की क्षमता



मल्टीटास्किंग एवं समस्या समाधान कौशल



शैक्षणिक योग्यता:

किसी मान्यता प्राप्त विश्वविद्यालय से स्नातक (Graduate)



सेल्स या ऑपरेशन क्षेत्र का अनुभव होने पर प्राथमिकता



अनुभव:

1 से 3 वर्ष का अनुभव वांछनीय



वेतन:

15,000 - 25,000 + Incentive
