Summary:
As a Packaged or Software as a Service Application Engineer, a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or SaaS applications to meet evolving business requirements. This includes managing application features, overseeing release processes, and ensuring the overall stability and performance of the systems. The role requires working with various tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms to tailor solutions that align with organizational goals while maintaining compatibility across different environments. Collaboration with stakeholders to understand needs and adapt applications accordingly is a key part of daily activities.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement application enhancements.
- Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain system reliability.
- Document configuration changes and maintain clear records of application updates.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Azure OpenAI Service.
- Experience with cloud-based application deployment and management.
- Familiarity with APIs and integration techniques for packaged and SaaS applications.
- Knowledge of low-code development platforms to customize and extend application functionality.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to application configuration and performance.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Microsoft Azure OpenAI Service.
- This position is based at our Indore office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
