Summary:
As a Packaged or Software as a Service Application Engineer, a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or SaaS applications to meet evolving business requirements. This role requires managing application features, overseeing release processes, and ensuring the overall stability and performance of the systems. The engineer collaborates with various teams to align solutions with organizational goals while maintaining compatibility across platforms. Daily activities include utilizing standard tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms to deliver effective and efficient application management and support.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to optimize application configurations to enhance system reliability and user experience.
- Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and improve team capabilities.

Professional & Technical Skills:
