Summary:
As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or software as a service applications to tailor features according to evolving business requirements. Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to optimize application configurations to improve efficiency and user experience.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Data Analytics.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and provide actionable insights related to application performance and usage.
- Experience working with APIs and integration tools to connect packaged applications with other systems.
- Familiarity with low-code platforms to customize and extend application functionalities.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues impacting system stability and user experience.
- Knowledge of release management processes and version control to support application updates.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Data Analytics.
- This position is based at our Indore office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
