- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.

- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team to enhance productivity and quality.
- Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster professional growth.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project goals and timely delivery.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Development.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities including configuration, customization, and integration.
- Experience working with application programming interfaces and low-code development platforms.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to packaged or software as a service applications.
- Familiarity with release management processes and tools to ensure smooth deployment cycles.
- Understanding of system performance optimization and stability maintenance techniques.
