Job Title: Picker / Packer

Location: Indore

Employment Type: Full-time

Timing- 10-8 pm

• Job Responsibilities: Pick items from stock as per the order list (bill/challan).
• Check product size, design, quantity, and quality while picking.
• Pack items neatly and securely to avoid damage during transport.
• Ensure correct tagging, labeling, and barcoding (if applicable).
• Match packed items with invoice before handing over to dispatch.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper arrangement of stock in the warehouse.
• Assist in stock counting and inventory checking when required.
• Coordinate with sales and dispatch team for urgent or priority orders.
• Report any damaged or missing items to the supervisor immediately.

Requirements & Skills:

• Minimum 10th pass (preferred).
• Basic understanding of product categories (kidswear preferred).
• Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Physically fit for standing, lifting, and moving stock.
• Honest, disciplined, and a team player.
