Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients and introduce the company's financial products and services.
• Generate and qualify leads for the sales team.
• Understand client requirements and schedule appointments or follow-up calls.
• Maintain regular communication with potential clients and build strong relationships.
• Handle client queries professionally and provide accurate information about company offerings.
• Update customer information and call records in the CRM system.
• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure a smooth lead conversion process.
• Required SkillsExcellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable making outbound calls and interacting with clients.
