Product Development Executive

Job Location: Dewasnaka, Indore

Reporting To: Product Development Manager

Experience Required: 2–3 years of relevant experience in product development or similar role.

Gender Preference: Male candidates

Preferred Location: Indore-based candidates only

Job Objective

To support the end-to-end product development process, from concept to production, while ensuring efficient maintenance and improvement of existing products in the manufacturing unit.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and execution of new product development (NPD) processes.
• Coordinate with internal teams (production, procurement, quality) for smooth product launches.
• Maintain and improve existing products already in manufacturing.
• Conduct market research and analyze current market trends to support product innovation.
• Prepare and maintain accurate product data, reports, and documentation.
• Ensure proper tracking of product specifications, costing, and timelines.
• Manage and update data regularly using MS Excel and Google Sheets.
• Support testing, sampling, and trial runs of new products.
• Monitor product performance and suggest improvements.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Good understanding of new product development procedures.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets (data handling, reporting, tracking).
• Ability to interpret market trends and translate insights into product improvements.
• Good coordination and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong documentation abilities.

Qualifications

• UG / PG with specialization in Marketing preferred.
• Candidates from other streams are also acceptable only if they have relevant experience in product development or manufacturing.
• Experience in a manufacturing unit will be an added advantage.
