Project Manager - Telecom - Tower Maintenance/TS/THC/NDT

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead telecom tower maintenance, structural strengthening, repair, and rehabilitation projects. The candidate will be responsible for planning, execution, resource management, client coordination, quality assurance, safety compliance, and timely project delivery across multiple telecom sites.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end execution of telecom tower maintenance and strengthening projects.
• Plan project schedules, manpower deployment, equipment, and material requirements.
• Supervise preventive and corrective maintenance activities for telecom towers and associated infrastructure.
• Manage structural strengthening works, including reinforcement, retrofitting, foundation strengthening, and repair of telecom towers.
• Coordinate with clients, site teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor project progress, budgets, and timelines, and ensure on-time completion.
• Ensure compliance with client specifications, engineering standards, and statutory requirements.
• Conduct site inspections, quality audits, and progress reviews.
• Identify project risks and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Prepare project reports, MIS, work completion reports, billing documentation, and client updates.
• Ensure adherence to Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards at all project sites.
• Resolve technical and operational issues during project execution.
• Support contract management, resource optimization, and cost control initiatives.

Technical Skills

• Strong knowledge of telecom tower maintenance and structural strengthening.
• Experience in telecom tower repair and foundation strengthening.
• Understanding of lattice towers, rooftop towers, monopoles, poles, and telecom infrastructure.
• Knowledge of structural drawings, BOQs, work methodologies, and quality control.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, MS Project, and Microsoft Office.
