About RentBuddy Homes:

RentBuddy Homes is a rental property platform helping tenants find homes and helping property owners fill vacancies quickly. We are building a strong network of rental properties across Indore and nearby cities.

Job Role: We are looking for a proactive Real Estate Executive who can acquire rental property listings, coordinate with property owners and brokers, conduct property visits, and assist tenants in finding suitable homes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Property Acquisition
• Visit residential societies and apartment complexes.
• Identify vacant flats, houses, and rental properties.
• Connect with property owners, brokers, builders, and society managers.
• Acquire new rental property listings for RentBuddy Homes.

Property Verification:

• Visit properties and verify details.
• Capture property photos and videos.
• Collect rental information including rent, deposit, maintenance charges, and availability.

Relationship Management:

• Build relationships with property owners and brokers.
• Maintain regular follow-ups for vacant properties.
• Update property availability status.
• Tenant AssistanceCoordinate property visits for interested tenants.
• Understand tenant requirements and suggest suitable properties.
• Assist in property showing and negotiations.

Data Management:

• Maintain accurate property records.
• Update listings on the RentBuddy Homes platform.
• Submit daily activity and property acquisition reports.

Daily Targets

• Visit 10–15 properties.
• Add 5–10 verified property listings.
• Meet 5 property owners/brokers.
• Conduct follow-ups on existing listings.

Required Skills:

• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Basic knowledge of local real estate markets.
• Ability to travel within the city.
• Smartphone proficiency (WhatsApp, Google Maps, Photos, Forms).
• Self-motivated and target-oriented attitude.

Qualification:

• Graduate preferred.
• Freshers with strong communication skills may apply.
• Experience in real estate, sales, field marketing, or customer relations is an advantage.
• Salary StructureFixed Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹18,000 per month
