Job Description

Key Roles & Responsibilities – Real Estate Sales Executive:

  • Generate leads through calls, referrals, social media, and marketing campaigns.
  • Contact and follow up with prospective buyers and investors.
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties.
  • Conduct site visits and property presentations for clients.
  • Explain project features, pricing, payment plans, and investment benefits.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
  • Negotiate and close property sales deals.
  • Maintain customer data and sales records in CRM.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Coordinate with marketing and management teams for lead conversion.
  • Stay updated on market trends, project developments, and competitor activities.
  • Assist clients throughout the booking and documentation process.
  • Attend sales meetings, training sessions, and project launch events.
  • Ensure excellent customer service before and after sales.
  • Represent the company professionally and promote brand value in the market.
