Role Overview – Receptionist Cum Telesales
“Candidate will handle front desk activities, attend client calls, manage walk-in inquiries, and coordinate appointments. Along with receptionist responsibilities, the role also includes telesales work such as explaining stock market & mutual fund services to clients, generating leads, and maintaining client follow-ups. Good communication skills and basic computer knowledge are required.”
Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Handle incoming calls and client inquiries professionally
🔹 Attend walk-in clients and maintain front desk activities
🔹 Explain stock market & mutual fund services to clients over call
🔹 Generate leads and follow up with interested customers
🔹 Maintain client database and daily reporting
🔹 Good communication skills required
🔹 Basic knowledge of stock market/mutual funds is a plus
