Job Description

Designation - Recovery Associate (Fresh Bucket)

 

Key roles and responsibilities –

Manage debt collection and ensuring timely recovery of outstanding amounts from customers – Fresh bouncing.

Daily Field Visit and Customer meeting for collection of EMI.

Council and convince customer for payment of outstanding amount timely.

Daily Minimum Visits – 8 -10 Customer Visits & 4 Collections.

 

Required qualifications and experience –

 

Fresher Graduate of 2024, 2025 & 2026 with no other job experience

 

Candidate should be local resident living with family

Own two-wheeler (Meter should be in working position)

Driving License

Daily reporting in branch and daily meter reading required in morning and evening

Cibil Score – No Cibil Overdue
