Regional Recovery Manager

Delinquency Management will be assessed based on the resolution which we committed. Resolutions - (Bucket 2 - 85%, Bucket 3 - 80%, NPA as per the targets). Rollback 25%, Field visit discipline.
.Vendor management will be assessed based on the Hand holding and enabling them to deliver the given targets with field discipline and process management.
Team Building will be assessed based on the attrition, training and escalation.
Adhering to the industry regulations, organizational standards, ethics and procedures.
Display of core values and culture at work while interacting with Internal and external stakeholder.
