• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in relationship management or sales.
• Strong knowledge of banking products and services, especially for affluent clients.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build rapport and trust with high-net-worth individuals.
• Analytical skills to interpret financial data and market trends.
• Proficiency in using CRM systems and MS Office.
• Strong work ethic and a results-driven approach.
