Position SummaryThe Restaurant Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining quality standards, managing staff performance, and achieving sales and profitability goals.

• Key ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day restaurant operations.
• Supervise, train, and motivate restaurant staff.

• Monitor food quality, hygiene, cleanliness, and service standards.
• Handle staff scheduling, attendance, and performance management.
• Control inventory, ordering, and stock management.
• Monitor sales, expenses, and overall profitability.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies.
• Coordinate with kitchen and service teams for smooth operations.
• Prepare operational and sales reports for management.
• Required QualificationsBachelor’s degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
