Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive and result-driven Field Sales Executive to join our team. The role involves visiting customers, generating new business, and maintaining strong relationships in the steel and pipe industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Visit dealers, contractors, fabricators, and industrial clients
Generate new leads and convert them into sales
Promote and sell GI, MS, and structural steel pipes
Maintain relationships with existing customers
Collect payments and follow up on outstanding dues
Achieve monthly sales targets
Provide regular market feedback and competitor insights
Requirements:
1–3 years of experience in field sales (steel/building material preferred)
Good communication and negotiation skills
Basic knowledge of steel pipes and construction materials
Two-wheeler with valid license preferred
Local area knowledge of Indore
