Job Description

  • We are seeking a dynamic and target-driven Sales Executive to promote and sell residential rooftop solar solutions.
  • The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting homeowners, explaining solar benefits, and closing deals while ensuring excellent customer experience.
  • Generate B2C leads through field visits, references, and campaignsConduct site visits and assess customer requirements.
  • Educate customers about:Solar system benefits (cost savings, ROI)Government subsidies (e.g., PM Surya Ghar Yojana)Installation process and timelinesPrepare and present customized proposals & quotations.
  • Convert leads into sales and achieve monthly targetsCoordinate with installation and technical teams for smooth execution.
  • Maintain relationships with customers for referrals and repeat businessUpdate CRM with lead status, follow-ups, and closuresRequirementsBachelor’s degree (any stream preferred)
  • Strong communication and negotiation skillsBasic understanding of solar systems (training can be provided)
  • Willingness to travel locally for site visits.
  • Knowledge of subsidy processes and net metering. Ability to explain ROI, payback period, and savings clearly.
