Job Description
- Make outbound calls to potential customers from company-generated leads and databases.
- Handle inbound customer inquiries regarding residential and commercial properties.
- Understand customer requirements, budget, and preferred locations.
- Explain project features, pricing, payment plans, and current offers.
- Generate qualified leads and schedule site visits for the Sales Managers.
- Conduct regular follow-ups to convert leads into successful bookings.
- Maintain accurate customer records and follow-up status in the CRM.
- Coordinate with the sales and channel partner teams for lead management.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling, lead generation, and conversion targets.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with prospective clients.
- Stay updated with project inventory, pricing, and market trends.
- Resolve customer queries professionally and provide excellent pre-sales support.
